Cancellation Policy

ご予約確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセルはお受けしておりません。
ご予約確定後にキャンセルされた場合、利用料金の返金はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
なお、当施設の都合によりサービスをご提供できない場合は、利用料金を返金いたします。
Cancellations due to the customer’s personal circumstances are not accepted once the reservation has been confirmed.
Please note that no refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the reservation has been confirmed.
If we are unable to provide the service due to circumstances on our part, the full amount paid will be refunded.

【事業者都合による中止 / Cancellation by the Organizer】

悪天候、災害、設備トラブルなど、やむを得ない事情により施設の提供を中止する場合がございます。
We may suspend or cancel the use of our facilities due to unavoidable circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or equipment issues.

その際は速やかにご連絡のうえ、参加費を全額返金いたします。
We will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of the participation fee.

交通費など、参加に要する付随費用の補償はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
Please note that we are unable to reimburse any incidental expenses related to your visit, such as transportation costs.

【遅刻について / Late Arrival】

ご到着が遅れた場合、ご利用時間が短縮される、またはご利用いただけない場合がございます。その場合も返金はいたしかねます。
Late arrival may reduce or cancel your session. No refunds.
